Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Bentwood Farms' Boots & Boogie Fourth of July Celebration.

Vendor setup may begin at 8:00 AM on the day of the event. Please note that the Beaverdam Fourth of July Parade passes directly by the property beginning at approximately 10:00 AM, which may impact traffic entering and exiting the area.

Vendor Space Pricing

10x10 Vendor Space – $25

25x25 Vendor Space – $50

Limited VIP Pavilion Spaces Available

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and setup materials.

Vendors are expected to maintain a clean vendor space and remove all materials and trash at the conclusion of the event.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, certifications, tax registrations, insurance, or other approvals required for their business, products, or services.

Food vendors, beverage vendors, and specialty vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

All vendors must complete a vendor application.

Vendor Agreement

I understand that I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, certifications, tax registrations, insurance, or approvals required for my business, products, or services.

I agree to maintain a clean vendor space and remove all trash and materials at the conclusion of the event.

I understand that I am responsible for providing my own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and setup materials.

I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Bentwood Farms.

FOURTH OF JULY BOOTS ON THE GROUND EVENT

We are working to create a fun, well-attended community event featuring music, dancing, food, shopping, and family-friendly entertainment. Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to guests from Beaverdam and surrounding communities while being part of one of the area's Fourth of July celebrations. We welcome vendors and look forward to building a diverse and exciting vendor market for our guests to enjoy.
